I saw this topic on Twitter about how we get so many basic, boring kicks that we take slightly better shoes and put those on a pedestal.  Meanwhile there hasn’t been that many truly mind-blowing releases that actually deserve that level of attention.  So I give my thoughts on that in this ramble here.

And of course, we follow that with talking about upcoming releases and my thoughts on them.
